Jamaican Dogwood (Piscidia piscipula)

Jamaican dogwood is derived from a medium-sized tree native to the Caribbean, Central America, and parts of southern Florida. It’s been traditionally used in herbal medicine for its strong sedative and pain-relieving properties. 

It is usually prepared as teas, tinctures, or extracts from the bark. Can be used for headaches, migraines, nerve pain, and menstrual cramps while also helping promote relaxation and sleep.
