Refund policy

We DO NOT issue refunds or cancel orders once they are made. Please double check and be sure of your purchase before checkout!

However, if an error is made on our part we will issue a refund or store credit for the inconvenience.

We DO NOT issue refunds if you put the wrong address and your order is shipped to the wrong place. Please double check your address at checkout.

If a package is lost/stolen/ you will need to file a claim with the USPS or UPS they will be responsible for issuing a refund for lost/stolen goods.

PLEASE NOTE: During sales we process a lot of orders and shipping will take longer expect 5-7 business days before your order is shipped.
